Resource Well Pressurizer

Activates a Resource Well by pressurizing the underground resource. Must be placed on a Resource Well. Once activated, Resource Well Extractors can be placed on the surrounding sub-nodes to extract the resource. Requires power. Overclocking increases the output potential of the entire Resource Well.
